A fun walking tour for children and it brings out the inner child for grown ups. We will see the sights, sounds and most importantly smells of a very different time. The Dark Ages was when the Vikings founded Dublin and everything was made of wood. Strongbow arrived and brought Dublin into a larger Medieval world. This was a time when children worked and got up really early, when they slept in the same beds and shared this room with their parents, yuck! We will see sunken towers, remains of the old Dublin walls and have a thing (game) where we work out who stole the sheep in a Viking court of law. Bring your play swords and we will duel on the Medieval Walls to see trial by combat, popular in Medieval Times.
Some steps, lots of running and games, for any disabilities just let us know and we will alter the route
